PD BBS Program

Hi, about a day ago, I downloaded a BBS Program called Colossus
BBS... from one of my local BBSes that I call. I have to choose
between three types of determining the baud rate; carrier, ring, and
carriage returns... I don't know what I should choose, all I know is
that when my friend calls at 2400 (I also have a 2400 modem, both
internal) I connect at 1200, and he connects at 2400... therefore,
when I go to chat, everything is screwed... any hints, tips or
anything please reply, or mail to mgal...@ub.d.umn.edu...

Or if any other person has had this problem that has fixed it, also
let me know please.
