When things get a bit... boisterous in my neck of the cubicle-maze I have
been known to exclaim 'Hey, keep it down... people are trying to sleep
around here!'

Since the y2k non-event the world population has grown by about 720
million people. About 12%. People who will never know a two digit date.

Merely a test post and wondering if anyone has started to channel Paul
Milne...

Greets, Ol' Warriors Against TEOTWAWKI.

What... no 'greets' for mere COBOL-codin' fools?

Oh, I don't know. There are windows of opportunity for those that
still want to see them.

Of Course you are joking. I am still seeing two digit dates on forms
and computer screens.

I still write them on checks/cheques... but, to be precise, I believe that
both Mr Morris and I were born a wee bit before the aforementioned 'people
who will never know a two digit date'.

I doubt age matters when it comes to filling out a customs form and
either the US or the Canadian one still had two digit dates on it when
I took a trip to the US last month. Also people younger than either
Doc or myself still can encounter web forms with 2 digit years.

Crossing borders where one has to fill out forms? How... quaint, the
tunnels I was shown...

... oh, the They are watching. Never mind about all that.
