FileWatcher 3.6 released - dual x32 / x64 release

Continuously monitor a folder or group of folders for files
arriving, then trigger a custom action, such as running a second
program with the new files.

File Watcher only processes files when they are completely
written out to disk, which is perfect for huge files such as video.
Incoming files can be grouped together or processed individually.
