HI

I'm writing my MBA dissertation on IT Outsourcing, tryng to determine
the total cost impact of this decision.

If you have ten minutes I have 19 questions. While all results are
anonymous, I will provide an aggregated set of the results to anyone
who paticipates and requests this data.

I'm particularly interested in the overall cost of managing an IT
Outsourcing contract.

Many thanks

The main costs are not visible.
It is:
- changing a 10 minutes work into a 6 months
waiting.
- putting a ceiling to the complexity which can
be tackled.
- giving power inside the organization to people
with no technical background (and taking it
from others).
- losing track of what people or groups really
do.

I do not answer surveys: this is the 'bottle in the
sea' model of communications, and thus
completely opposite to 'management' as in SCM.
