Folks,

I have been playing with JobFox (http://www.jobfox.com/) for a couple
of
months now. The premise is simple, job seekers take their work
experiences
and educational backgrounds and break them down into smaller
components.
Those offering jobs, decompose the job requirements into smaller
pieces.

(There are also a comparatively small number "how I work best" and
"what is
important in a job for me" questions.)

Based on a set of rules (some obvious, others obscure), what the job
seeker
has to offer is matched against the needs of the job. A compact report
(e.g.,
a "Jobfox Web Career Page") is produced. (See, e.g.,

My question is this, "Is the information on the JobFox Web Career Page
meaningful on its own?" For example, does it help or hinder the hiring
process?
