Suggestions for a tool to help draw an object diagram

... yes, I do mean an object diagram, NOT a class diagram. I have one
of those, in Enterprise Architect.

But when the app. is running and it's instantiated several thousand
objects I'd like to be able to get some kind of a diagram showing the
relationship between the objects.

Each object has a unique name, and we can look at the connections in
each object to see what other objects are joined to it.

This feels like _someone_ must have a tool for it.

We're a Windows site, if that makes a difference. Export to a file for
a Linux based tool is feasible; Apple is not.
