Importing Ptolemy II 7.0.1 from Eclipse to NetBeans

Hi,

I have been using Ptolemy II 7.0.1 on eclipse with no problems for
months. I have to profile some of my models, and tried TPTP on Eclipse
(which worked normally), but I want to make some tests using the
NetBeans profiler too. To do this, I installed NetBeans 6.7.1 on my
Mac OS X (the same computer where I use Eclipse) and used the Eclipse
importer on the File menu to open the Eclipse project, but I`m having
some problems. The project builds, but when I try to run
VergilApplication, I get the error:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: ptolemy/
vergil/VergilApplication
Java Result: 1

Does someone know what is wrong? I know it`s a problem related to the
classpath, but all the configuration where imported from Eclipse by
NetBeans, and appears to be normal...
