Hi

I have an old application that I need to get working on Windows 7.

I am getting the following message in the event viewer:

Any ideas? Is there a newer version of PBRTE050.dll?

Thanks

Powerbuilder 5 is very old, its released date was 1995 so it's no
surprise that your application is not performing well under Windows 7.

In your situation, the easiest way to solve this problem is to execute
your PB5 application inside a virtual Windows XP from a Windows 7
installation (or migrate to a more recent Powerbuilder version).

Good luck.

Thanks for you reply

I have managed to get this working by running the application with
Windows 95 compatibility turned on
