Help installing Distributed Computing Server™ 3.3

Hi

I've just installed the Distributed Computing Server™ 3.3
toolbox

when trying to install the MDCE I get the following message

D:\Matlab2008\toolbox\distcomp\bin>mdce install
The system cannot find the path specified.
Scrip install unable to complete successfully - exiting

What is the problem?

Did you solve your problem? I get exactly the same error message ...

It is the following line in the mdce.bat file that is generating the
error:

call "%BINBASE%\mdced.exe" %ACTION% "%WRAPPER_CONF%"

I searched through my whole Matlab directory and could not find a file
called "mdced.exe". What is "mdced.exe" and, more importantly, where
can I get it?

Andor and Hezi,

Are you certain you installed the MATLAB Distributed Computing Server? It would appear that you may have only installed the Parallel Computing Toolbox. If this is not the case, please call install support.

Hi Narfi

To be honest, our IT support did the installiation. I will drop the
hint to them, thanks for your suggestion.
