I was trying to close and open a circuit breaker vice versa by using internal time. The time is in seconds. The first time will open when it is closed before. But for some reason it won't open. But it will do close. Please help, I might have missed something. It might be a bug too.

If the breaker is already energized, you can not open it by the internal time you set. I do not know why.
You just have to use switching device.
