hey im trying to segregate spots on a tlc plate ie. find intensity of
each spot on a tlcplate using scilab.after reading the image, i
converted it to black & white & plotted a histogram to see t
variations in color & intensity. now my problem is that i cant find
difference in intensity of different spots (how do i read values from
t histogram). please give me a solution! thx.
