You cannot convert a hatch to a polygon.  You could take the boundary
of the hatch if you have that, and create a polygon with that, but I
think you need AutoCAD Map to create a true polygon.

I discover that ArcGis recognize hatch as annotation that can be tranformed
in point
Then I link point to poligon (created manually)
This is my solution :-(
