Convert geotiff image from 3TM to UTM

Hello,

I have a geotiff airphoto that is georeferenced in 3TM Nad 83 (photo
is in Alberta) and I want to convert it to UTM Nad 83 using Arcview
3.2.

My usual converter doesn't work for image shapefiles therefore I was
wondering if there was another way to convert this to UTM Nad 83.
