ArcGIS 9.2 SP5 .. Which will come first SP6 or 9.3

On my office network all new software (new DLL etc) require validation.
My question is will 9.3 come first or will SP6 for 9.2?

Best place to ask that is at www.esri.com.
Last i heard is that 9.2 is due out in the summer sometime and 9.2SP6...well
they plan on making quarterly releases of each version so probably in the
summertime as well. So why not get them both validated?
