copy value from raster

Hello,

I create new random points. I've also a raster DEM.
How can I copy values from raster to my new points?

I can't convert raster into features and join tables, because it's too large

You can do Spatial Analyst / Extraction / Extract values to points.
You can specify a shapefile with your points and your DEM, the DEM value
will be added to your points
