creating DEM using-please help

I'm sorry for any language mistakes...
I'm trying to write my thesis ("Zastosowanie modulu spatial analyst programu
arcgis 9.2 do budowy i analizy NMT" - Creating and analysing DEM using
Arcgis Spatial Analyst extension).
I can't find enough information about interpolation method, which Spatial
Analyst using (well-information from ESRI website - only few sentences about
each interpolation method...).
Thank you in advance for any help (links, useful books).

If I am right in understanding your question ,
you must be talking about interpolation algorithms in creating
DEM .
ArcGIS has four methods for DEM creation;
IDW , kriging , nearest neighbour and bilinear .
Google through these as search keys .
Wikipedia would be a good souce.
