What are the default settings if RPC_RESTRICTED_PORTS is not set?

Subject: What are the default settings if RPC_RESTRICTED_PORTS is not set?

When working with a modified IBM DCE I can set the ports that are
going to be dynamically allocated to a specific range by for example
using RPC_RESTRICTED_PORTS=ncacn_ip_tcp[5000-5030]:ncadg_ip_udp
[5031-5100].

But, what is the default port range? And if it varies depending on
system and configuration, how do I find out? Currently running a
Solaris server and Windows clients.
