The Widget Cookbook is a discussion of "the Open Widget Interface and
how to write a custom widget in a 3GL, for use with your UNIFACE
application." A summary of the chapters include
o Introduction
o UNIFACE and the OWI
o Custom widgets - This chapter includes an example of a 3GL widget
o UNIFACE widget requests
o OWI data structures
o Service functions
as well as an appendix on "Using OWI with MS-Windows".
The document is not free, you are going to have to talk to your
salesman about it. However, I would spend a little time with the
standard UNIFACE widgets first. As I mentioned before, they are
fairly well documented. If you have specific questions, toss them out
here and I am sure one of the gurus will be able to help.
