Right, and also remember that the name service isn't always "net"svcs -
only 1 of 3 modes use the net, if I remember correctly.

Alexej... If it wouldn't be too much trouble, could you please open a
Bugzilla issue for this problem? That way it can be tracked and reported
correctly, and it also gives a permanent place to put the patches.

The bug report should simply be the content from your original
PROBLEM-REPORT-FORM sent to the mailing list.

Hi Steve,

I am fully aware of the different modes of the Naming_Context and the
bug only affects the NET_LOCAL mode. So NODE_LOCAL and PROC_LOCAL are
not affected by this.

I subscribed to Bugzilla, unfortunately I'm not permitted to create
new bug reports there (I have only permissions to confirm and edit
existing bugs). How can I get the create permissions?
