PADS: call for papers (deadline extension)

Please note the paper submission deadline for the PADS conference has
been extended. The new deadlines are:
- Authors planning to submit a paper should submit the title, list of
authors, and abstract by February 8, 2013.
- Final papers are due February 15, 2013.
