rsync with plink?

What parameters are required to use plink.exe instead of ssh.exe with
rsynch, i.e. instead of

rsync -z -ave ssh us...@example.com:/home/ /local-home/

use

rsync -z -ave "plink ?????" us...@example.com:/home/ /local-home/
