Cannot filter out a particular domain name on my Linksys router

Hello All:
I am trying to block a "www.tom365.com" on my E3000 Linksys router.
No matter what I do the site still comes up.
Other sites are easily blocked, but this one still shows up.
What may be the problem?
I used both Cisco Connect and the web based interface to configure the router to no avail.
