To fellow reobotics enthusiasts,

I'll looking for a clock generator circuit for a parrallel to serial and
serial to parrallel circuit.

Can anyone out there point me in the right direction?

I'm looking for a circuit generating about 25-35 Mhz.

I don't wish to use the OSC line of the ISA BUS because when going from
different brands and compatible machines, this frequency can vary
considerably.
