Suddenly my system, connected to a gps source (GPS18lvc) has a much
larger standard deviation than before, and ntp is oscillating ( the rate
oscillates about once an hour with a .01PPM amplitude). (See
www.theory.physics.ubc.ca/chrony/chrony.html and look at the graph for
string near the bottom of the graphs for all the clocks.) The offsets
are fluctuating by about plus or minux 10 usec. Nothing changed
in ntp ( version4.2.4p15), the gps receiver,...
Ie, this just suddenly started. Anyone seen any problems with gps in the
past few days?

Not with my three PCs - Feenix, Stamsund and Bacchus:

but I'm not looking at the 10us level.
