anyone know what this syslog entry means:

Jul 17 15:26:51 jasmine named[4215]: Response from unexpected source ([194.242.1
28.24].53)

running 4.9.3, solaris 2.5

It means that your you received a DNS reply from an address you never sent
a query to. This usually results from sending to a multi-homed server
running an old version of BIND; old versions didn't ensure that the reply
has the same source address as the destination address of the query.
