Samba 2.0.x as primary WINS server: Reliable?

Hi,

We finally set up a WINS server at our location after adding a bunch
of trust relationships. Other sites are NT-only shops.

Is running Samba 2.0.x as primary WINS server (since Samba apparently
cannot act as secondary WINS; we'll use an NT box as secondary if need
be) a reliable solution? Any drawbacks as compared to using an NT
Server box?
