What is the best ppp package for SunOS 4.1.4

I have to install in a very near future a ppp access
using a Sun workstation under SunOS 4.1.4. I read
before sending this news the ppp-faq. So I know
that two packages are avaible for this OS:

* dp-4.0
* ppp-2.2

I've also heard rumor about their instability under SunOS
because of modules to load in the kernel, especially for
dp-4.0.

Can anyone give me their comments or advices about this two
packages.
