CNAME record on secondary DNS server.

I can't modify primary DNS server , but I do need CNAME record for users inside my subdomain , if they
bind to the secondary DNS server. I can't use NIS to setup host aliases . So what can I do ?
Is it possible or I have to setup an ugly script to temper with cache data .

Please help
