        This is the end of a normal shutdown.  Before doing anything
        else I would upgrade (8.4.5-RC6 then 8.4.5-REL when it comes
        out if you can't go to BIND 9).

        If you still have problems after upgrading then you need to
        look to see what is causing the shutdown.
