Status of Supplement 63 - any news?

Hello c.p.d,

browsing through the several 3D and 3D++ IODs, I stopped at Supplement
63 - as far as I know, it is not frozen, still in ballot, but I remember
someone in this newsgroup (I think it was David McNamara) called it
"discontinued"...? I understand that it is quite disembowelled with the
Segmentation taken out, but will the rest (especially the non-cartesian
stuff is worth a look, sigh) be continued?

Last thing I read was that WG06 wanted to let WG17 decide over
Supplement 63's fate, but I could not find the decision.

Anyone who can enlighten me?
