Possible typos in part 15

Hi all,
I have found two possible typos in the 2011 standard part 15 Annex
E.
They are both in table E.1-1:
- page 75: Tag value for 6th row "Performed Station Name Code
Sequence" reads (0040,0248) and should be (0040,4028)
- page 77: Tag value for 7th row "Referenced Patient Alias Sequence"
reads (0038,1234) and should be (0038,0004)
