I tried using fastsupportonline.com.
brad....@fastsupportonline.com. Brad is a real joke. This moron
spent 1.5 hours on the phone with half that time trying to figure out
how to log into the server. Not only did this moron not fix one single
thing, but he CHARGED ME FOR TWO HOURS when the phone conversation was
for 1hour and 37min. What a punk this guy it.

I ONLY tried this looser because of positive feedback I found on the
web. Likely this was made-up feedback these idiots posted themselves.
This jerk scams about his experience, lies about the time and over
charges, and even though he claims he has a lot of experience,(he lied
that he was Microsoft Certified on exchange) he could not login using
software service he pays for, because, it turns outs, I was logged in
remotely. After all these years he did not know the software he used
would not allow a second login?

All I can say is this guy is a joke! This company is a rip-off! DO
NOT USE fastsupportonline.com. Do not believe the positive posting
this idiot scams on the forums.

As the owner of Fast Support Online, I'd like to clear up a few things
regarding this post. The orginal poster's name is Daniel Parsons of
surpluseq.com not Jim P ('Im not sure why he's trying to conceal his
identity.)

Daniel was charged for 2 hours of support for 1 hour and 30 minutes of
support...along with 30 minutes of research to a third-party solution
Daniel wanted for his Exchange Server. Daniel felt i should only
charge for 1 hour and 30 minutes since I wasnt on the phone with him
for the additional 30 minutes. However I informed Daniel we bill for
our time, so any additional "off the phone" support is billable.

I'm not sure why he's saying we lie about our experience, I told him I
was MCSE certified and I think he confused that with being a
certification for Exchange Server.

I had no issues logging into his system remotely, The problem i ran
into was the client wanted to watch me work while I was logged in. We
use Logmeinrescue and it turned out Daniel was also logged into the
server remotely, therfor He was unable to see my connection on his
session. I called Logmeinrescue to see if there was a way around that,
but there was not.

Daniel is upset because my company decided to deactivate his account
due to his complaining about our pricing and always requesting
discounts, price reductions etc. He retaliated by sending these
feedbacks.

I welcome anyone with server/network issues to try our services and
see for yourself that our support is top-notch, unlike what Daniel is
saying.
