Subject: Limits for the BRHC & TLHC
Currently, according to the standard, the values of BRHC (0070,0011)
and TLHC (0070,0010) of the GSPS should not go out of the image rows
and coulmns if the bounding box annotation unit type is PIXEL. Why
such a restriction is placed by the standard? What should I do if I
want to draw some graphic/text elements outside (partially or
completely) the image boundary ? I checked the behavior in DicomScope
and it is allowing the graphics/text to be drwan outside the image
area.
