I am interested in using/purchasing a DICOM tool running on windows
that "generates" and views DICOM images. My goal is to create DICOM
images that contain the patient info, MRI images, image info, ...
Any recommendations?

Hello,
Try out www.ambivu.com - a free 3D DICOM viewer/workstation with lots
of nice export/imaging functionality.

Try Clearcanvas. Opensource (www.clearcanvas.ca) .net based and is
