Storage Commit SCU tool

I am adding a Storage Commit SCP functionality to my system and I
wanted to test it out. The current tools I use for checking my system
such as K-PACs, JDicom, dcmtk don't seem to have a Storage Commit SCU
client.

Can anyone direct to a tool out there that supports the Storage Commit
SCU?

Hi there,

Dicom Validation Toolkit (DVTk) can also be a good choice for testing
your Storage Commitment SCU functionality. I don't remember exactly
now but probably you would have to build up your own scripts, but is
not too difficult and definitively give more flexibility. If you are
bit overwhelmed by this scripting, I can provide you some I did for
the same purpose.

DVTk is an open source project sponsored by Philips and Agfa.
