Hi,
I am working on an annotation tool and would like some help. My tool
would enable physicians to
mark the cancer area and do some volume analysis on them. Presently,
I am storing the pixels marked
during annotation as a text file. But I would like to store them in
the dicom header itself. I would like to know if there is a way of
doing it (an opensource java library that does this would be of gret
help). Would be great if you could give some examples to do the same.
