DICOM Conformance in Japanese

Not so long ago there was a post about DCS being distributed in
language other than English. Today when looking up for Private Group
MEDIS_IS&C 1.0, I found this one:

Could someone translate the Attribute Name for the rest of us who do
not speak japanese :)
