About scalability and parallel computing..
Scalability is quantifiable , and you can, with my following powerful tool, predict peak scalability and much more, here is my powerful tool:

And i will soon enhance much more my powerful tool above to work
with NUMA systems and with Clusters, currently it works too with NUMA
systems and clusters but it gives a decent approximation calculations for NUMA systems and Clusters, but with my next much more enhance tool, it will give exact calculations, and this will be much more powerful,
and i think i will sell this next powerful product of mine, so stay
