Hello,

I have been working all yesterday and modifying a little bit my
SemaCondvar and SemaMonitor algorithms, and and now i think they are
working properly, i have ensured that they are more stable now by
testing them thoroughly again and again, and now they are powerful, and
i think you can be more confident with them
