More philosophy about decentralization and about politics..
I invite you to look at the following very interesting video
that will make you understand the entrepreneurial spirit
in USA, and you will notice by looking at the video below that the state of California becomes less attractive because of the too high number of homeless people there, and i think that the state of Texas is efficient and very good and it has much less taxes so it is attractive for entrepreneurs and it has a good entrepreneurial spirit, so then notice carefully how USA is decentralized so that to be efficient, i mean, by decentralizing, USA is not putting all the eggs in the same basket by having the same policies and laws in all the states, and this kind of decentralization permits to bring more quality since the United States governors are looking at each others and monitoring the results of there policies and looking at wich states among all the states are having the best results and are being the most efficient and then they are deciding
wich of those good and efficient policies to follow.
