My Parallel Archiver and my Parallel Compression Library were updated

I am a white arab, and i am a computer programmer and i have a diploma
in Microelectronics and informatics and i have also studied and
succeeded one year of mathematics at the university level..

My Parallel Archiver and my Parallel Compression Library were updated

Parallel Archiver was updated to version 3.92

and Parallel Compression Library was updated to version 3.45

I have updated the LZ4 dynamic link libraries, LZ4 is at the last
version 1.7.6

I also have updated the Zstd dynamic link libraries, Zstandard is at the
last version 1.1.4
