Parameters to cweb sections

Hello all,

I've recently started using cweb, and I've found that while
I can reference other sections with @<...@>@, I'd like to be able
to use them a little more like real macros. e.g.
@<Find the smallest value in array A@>@, where I'm able to specify
'B', or 'C' als alternative arrays.

While cweb doesn't seem to allow this, are there any related
alternatives that do?
