I'm looking for an external enclosure (ideally a rack mount case) for
several fast SCSI hard drives.  My main concern is finding a case that
keeps fast drives cool.  I have yet to find a case that provides
adequate air flow over the drives.  They all have fans on the back of
the case, but the front of the cases have no ventilation slots;
therefore the direct airflow over the drives is limited.

Any suggestions on where to get such a thing would be greatly
appreciated.
