BIOS i.e. Windows Stop error message PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

I have been getting this error message. When I looked it up, it says
the BIOS needs to be upgraded. I have an AHA-39320A Host Adapter.
Since Adaptec's website 'doesn't seem' to list any updates after 2007,
I presume that means I am stuck?
