I originally had (4)147GB U320 HD's setup in a RAID-10. It consisted
of one Seagate and, three Fujitsu. All four are attached to 80-Pin
converters. Then attached to a 4-Device 68-Pin Cable..

Lately, When the SCSI BIOS loads, it says the Seagate failed. So I
replaced it with, the first of three, Fujitsu HD's.

The BIOS couldn't even find the first two replacement Fujitsu HD's.
The third replacement showed a data error.

So, My ultimate question is, do I have several bad HD's and/or, do I
have a bad 80-68 pin converter.

try each disk one at a time on a converter that "works" with a good drive.

Unless your replacement drive are from the trash, it's likely the cable
is having issues.
