I have an Epson GT 15000 scanner. I also have several thousand

Where find masks for the FH-869GR film holder (Coolscan 9000)?

I am considering a Coolscan 9000 which comes with the FH-869GR film holder. But no masks are included for this holder so I would have to buy them somewhere. Any ideas where I could find such masks? Is it perhaps possible to make them oneself?

Unable to Scan Documents with ACDSee v.15

I have a Visioneer 9520 Scanner and use ACDSee v. 15 imaging software.
Recently, I upgraded from v. 14 to v. 15 but since the upgrade, I
have been unable to scan. I contacted ACDSee tech support and they
said that this "might" be a twain problem but no resolution so far!

I have an older Epson 4490 that I have been trying to set up in a remote area of the house and use with my laptop with the plan to continue scanning 35 mm slides. Nikon Super coolscan 8000 ED and firmware update

I have just bought this scanner. It works fine, but Nikon Scan 4 reports formware 1.03. I can se that Nikon offers a firmware update 1.11.
They only say that this fixes a problem when run from a Mac though. I use Windows XP.
