Unable to Scan Documents with ACDSee v.15

I have a Visioneer 9520 Scanner and use ACDSee v. 15 imaging software.
Recently, I upgraded from v. 14 to v. 15 but since the upgrade, I
have been unable to scan. I contacted ACDSee tech support and they
said that this "might" be a twain problem but no resolution so far!
Scanning was perfectly normal with v. 14. Is there an updated driver I
should be using? FYI, I'm using a Windows 7, 64-bit system and can
scan using Windows Fax & Scan v. 6.1 without a problem! Thanks!
