lexmark 3200 trouble with printing Print Artist files.

Have tried to print graphics cards from Print Artist 4.0 and 8.0 but the
printer spools the doc but won't print. Prints fine in other products but not
in print artist. Have called Sierra and Lexmark and they seem to blame each
other. Has anyone else had a problem printing a card with graphics. Any ideas
on how to track the problem down for better tech help.
