Setup error in Epson Sierra print artist

Hello All ; I use Sierra Print Artist that came with Epson
Stylus II's printer , I took it out for a while to save room
on my hard disk , but now when i try to reinstall it i get the
following page fault " General Protection Fault in SETUP.EXE
at 00001:00008ab1. " Anyone know what this is and why it
won't install the print artist ..... Much thanks for any
replies .

I'd recommend that you attempt to remove everything that the installer
installs, then try a re-install. Or get a Mac.
