How Does Canons " Photo Realism" System compare with HP690 or Epson
Stylus 500 ?

I'm very impressed with all the tech talk about the new Canon Photo
Realism Printers, which use multiple pass with lighter shades of ink
for (what is supposed to be) Photo Realistic printouts.

Here's the info: http://www.europe.canon.com/prealism/

I would very much like to have anyones opinion on these Cannon Photo
printers ( BJC 240, BJC 4200, BJC 4550 )

I'd personally like the BJC4550 but I guess they all output the same
quality.

I'm especially interested as to how the printouts from these compare
against the HP690 and Epson 500 Photo quality printers.

Has anyone seen them in action?

For the majority of the time, I'm after good quality B/W printing, but
when I want to print a Photo I want the best quality their is.

Speed for photo work is not too important, as it's only for special
uses.

Thank's for any info

Paul.
